We reserve the rights for changes in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard credit card, and Visa-Electron. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. All prices can be displayed in the following currencies:

You can safely use your creditcard on our web shop. Our payment system reqiures 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.

If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted  (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.


All products is also covered by a 2 year warranty, under condition that the product has not been mishandled.

Returns / Exchange

You have 14 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items. You can also exchange an item to a different size or color. Email us at to obtain our Returns Form. If the item is sold out, you will however receive a full refund.
The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with swing tags attached. On the Returns Form, you can see what information we need from you, and where to send the goods. The customer is obliged to pay for the shipping, which can vary.

If you wish to exchange an item to a different size or color you have 14 days from the day you received the product to exchange the item. Email us at and we will send across the ‘Exchange form’. Once filled and returned, we will then send you the exchanged item free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will instead give you a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

During the holiday season, the return period is extended until the last weekday in January. All items must be returned unused.

Complaints and faulty delivered goods

If you have received a faulty item, or if it is not the product is on your invoice, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product free shipping and will refund your  shipping costs equal to the cost of postage for a B-letter. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at


All items are shipped by parcel post with DHL, UPS or FedEx. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. For packages delivered within the United Kingdom we use The Royal Mail. If your delivery address is a business address it will be delivered directly. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods.
